    There's a patch across the road, but it's sunken 3-4 inches beneath the surface on the left side of the road and in the bike lane.

    A big chunk of road surface is missing from the bike lane and into the rest of the road. I didn't see it coming in the snow, rode my bike over it, and almost wiped out. It's easily four inches deep, two feet across and six feet long.
