Previous owner had sworn to evict evryone from this location related to retaliation, especially myself,due to the fact that the termite infestation was sonsevere that all people in building we sufferung and he rwfused to do any repairs, u can't even shut front door or open it, well the family in apt #2 has 3 small chikdren being bitten by spiders and cide enforcement showed and gave owner lots of citations and then all of us recieved 24 nitices from the sheriffs department, no 30 day notices, nothing, just get out actually thrown out, I peraonally called emergency hearing and luckily purchased my own home today, but not so lucky , oh btw my rent was paid in full owed nothing but he lied to court system, and I proved my case and he sold building within 2 hours, and that was last week, yesterday he filed the 24 hrs on the family, remember he sold it he no longer owns it, but again lied to court, the New company gave her copy of deed proving they own it and the dates, oh btw he told them that if they owed old landlord money he didn't care they abd everyone in buikding have clean slate due to all the hardships endured, but yet at 8am they will be homeless , what should do, and if anyone can help them please call me or get in touch 352 634 5410 Please, they are young and husband work s 2 fulltime jobs and they have nothing but a beat up car, a 1 yr old 3 yr and7yrold, no spare money, no great car, no food, and soon no home cause of a slum lord attached are some of the pictures of our building on 2nd ave South at.pete

landlord, will not install screens in WindowsI was and Am being actively bitten.I have a severe bug sketchy,I am now left with scars, I have attempted nicely,and with aggression,to please put screens in Windows he said no he is not,he doesn't have any and is not purchasing any,I also need to let building code people knowthat reason I must open windows is because there is no ventilation in either bedroom,he had fake vents in walls there is no air conditioning attached to them,also approached in writing this issue and he refused to read or accept the list of things needed,,as I need to let you know I just moved in February 5th...and all items on the lease were lies,the apartment had not been cleaned,oven still had prior tenants food burnt in it,mold in counters in corner and Cobb webs worth active bugs,he stayed once,I have bugs all over,dead bodies in all drawers,and mold was dripping down walls I bought supplies and scrubbed walls my self and I have been sick since.no underneath to kitchen and bathroom counters its open,molded and holes in walls size of my fists,I had no toilet seat,I had to buy one,he said if I didn't like these problems not getting fixed I should pack and leave, I would but just gave him $2200.so I have no money to move to where I can breath and live in safety,no working kitchen facet,no smoke detectors anywhere in apartment,and as of yesterday hee finally put a extinguisher in halfway,mold,servere black mold insidesurface corners kitchen counter and under.the refrigerator is so gross,that I refuse to eat..I have lost 27 pounds since I moved in, all I want is what I paid him for ....a liveable apartment.
