    There is a major trash problem in the alley behind my house at 1031 James Ave S. This is the alley on the north side of James Ave S between 10th St & 11th St. There is garbage all over the alley. A lot of this trash seems to be from trash getting thrown into alley while sanitation is picking up the communal cans, one of which is located right behind my fence. This is causing a major rodent infestation for many houses backing up to this alley. We would appreciate if Sanitation cleans up this alley. In addition, you may want to consider letting everyone have their own individual trash cans so this does not keep happening.

    Residents and owner of home keep using their backyard as a dumping zone. It is absolutely disgusting and is causing major rodent problems at all of the neighboring houses on the street. I have had a major infestation of rats and mice due to the storage of junk and garbage all of the property, mostly in backyard, but front yard also. This needs to be stopped once and for all. The owner of the home keep disobeying all requests from codes over the past year and keep loading up their yard with junk and garbage.
