    As you know the flooding of the manhole in front of Bank Gloucester seems to flood during big storms knocking out power in the area. Perhaps knocking down the pavement used for handicap might help. Eliminating this manhole altogether may also help. Happy to work with the DPW on the long term solution. Thanks. Ken.
