We need speed bumps on Fells Ave./Fulton Spring Road between Murray Hill Road and Fulton Street, ASAP. This morning I witnessed a white Ford Explorer going approximately 45 MPH uphill from Murray Hill Road towards Fulton Spring Road. It is only a matter of time before there is a serious accident and someone is hurt or worse. Not to mention the school kids that wait for the bus on this street and are often forced to walk in the street due to the fact that many homeowners don't shovel their sidewalks after snow storms. This is a deathtrap waiting to happen, and it's been flagged for years, with nothing ever having been done!

Once again, and every year, house at corner of Fells Ave. and Watervale Road does not clear the sidewalk. This street is a nightmare for drivers and pedestrians alike, and forcing people to walk in the street is dangerous and unacceptable!

The entire length of Hall Ave., between Governor's Ave. and Forest St. is filed with massive potholes, and has been for years. As Forest St. is currently being repaved, please consider repaving Hall Ave. as well. While this is only a small street, it is used daily as a cut through and is in desperate need of attention.

Unshoveled sidewalk. As usual, this residence NEVER shovels. It's been like this for years, and because of it I and many others are forced to walk in the street, which is extremely dangerous. This stretch of Fells Ave. is a speedway cut through from The Fellsway to 93.

No salt/sand truck ever came during or after storm. Entire street is a sheet of ice.

No snow/ice removal on public side walk in front of house. This has been a habitual offender for YEARS. They NEVER shove, forcing people to walk in the middle of the street in the dark.

Multiple vehicles parked on the sidewalk next to Hickey Park, completely blocking pedestrian access.

The house on the corner of Fellsway West and Fells Ave. continues to dump litter, furniture and miscellaneous trash on the sidewalk, which then gets strewn about the entire street. Trash cans are overflowing and are a public health concern. This has been reported many times, but nothing ever changes. This also appears to be a private daycare. Something needs to be done. This is unsafe, unhealthy and a particular threat to any children that may be in the house. The city, and possibly DSS should make a visit and inspection.

More junk dumped on the sidewalk in front of this property. It's a regular occurence. This is a daycare?

Bags of waste, bottles, loose trash scattered around trashcan by the bus stop. This is a constant, reoccurring issue.

Where to begin? The house on the corner of Fellsway West and Fells Ave. regularly dumps furniture and other refuse on the sidewalk. Currently there is a TV, a dresser and several opened bags of trash in front of and on the side of the property. I believe this is a licensed daycare, which certainly raises red flags about the quality of the interior and whether children should be there.

Once again a long stretch of uncleared sidewalk from the latest storm. Blue house on corner of Fells/Watervale. It's a dangerous stretch of road at best and walking in the street is now the only option.

Every week people dump their residential trash in and around the trash bin on the corner of Salem St. and Fellsway West. The bin then overflows and they toss the bags on the sidewalk. Every week. It's an eyesore, unsanitary and disgusting. Please either fix/empty the trash bin more often or simply remove it, because it just entices people to litter.

Missed yard waste pickup in the entire Fulton Heights area.
