A black SUV crossover had been speeding through the stop sign at about 20 mph without looking for oncoming traffic repeatedly between 8:15am and 8:20am, making a left turn to the light at 1092. I almost hit him/her twice coming through the light into the subdivision across from QVMS after dropping off my son at school. This is during the time children are walking to school and crossing this intersection.
