The loud, revving motorcycles and racing cars are out again tonight. Please do something about this. They clearly operate in this locale regularly.

The noisy vehicles driving up and down Broadway and the surrounding area are unreal. I can’t sleep. I hear them all the time. I thought there was a law against having your vehicle emit noises that are above a certain decibel? Please, please do something about this. It’s a real quality of life issue for everyone in this neighborhood.

The dumpster at Los Agaves is overflowing yet again.

This street light at the corner of Broadway and Stockton street has been knocked over. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Somebody abandoned this wheelchair in front of our building.

Somebody dumped a bunch of trash in this tree pit

This restaurant (Los Agaves) is so dirty. This trash receptacle has been overflowing for weeks and they walk past it every day. We have asked them time and time again to be more clean and respectful and they ignore every request.

This sidewalk on Cabot Street next to 960 Broadway needs to be weed whacked and maintained.

These sunflowers are blocking the sign for the Bellingham-Cary house.

People have been dumping furniture next to the dumpster at the entrance to the creekside commons.

According to MGL c.270, s.22 smoking in public places is prohibited. However, people seem to blatantly ignore this while using the MBTA shelters designated for those waiting on the bus. I'm sick of being choked out by smokers while trying to get to work in the morning. I see it the most at Broadway @ Green Street and Broadway @ Eleanor Street. Please have the CPD watch out for this and properly ticket offenders for infractions.

The "stop for pedestrians in crosswalk" sign at the crosswalk between Leadership Motors and the Mary C. Burke School is broken and no longer standing upright and serving its purpose.
