    So, the branch I asked you guys to remove several months ago fell in my driveway yesterday in the storm, and I had to get out in the pouring rain to move it so I could use my driveway. It is a good thing that no car or persons were there as it would have cause property damage or personal injury.

    12" wide, 36" long pothole/eroded asphalt where the road meets the concrete skirt. Hole is directly inline with the right tire if you are driving in the right lane.

    When driving across storm drain, it feels like you hit a pot hole or speed bump. Storm drain was repaired last summer, looks like concrete skirt was put around drain. Feels like storm drain is 6" lower than the road surface. Unless you swerve into the left lane to avoid it, you have to slow down to minimize damage to your wheels/tires. There are 2 of these, second one is approximately 20 yards past the first one and not as severe. Photo submitted is a screen shot of the location using Waze on my phone.

    Large branch broken from the top, caught in lower branch directly over the driveway. Worried the lower branch will break and fall on kids playing. Branch appears to be dead, but rest of tree looks ok, but I am not a tree expert.
