    During the summer months it is overgrown and full of trash. It really brings down this block.
    Please have the landlord take care of this and do something with it.

    Construction was being conducted at 8:20 am and earlier on a Saturday morning. Loud banging and clanking was heard. At 8:30 am a power tool was being used. My request is to wait at least until 9 AM to begin any kind of construction work on a weekend.

    What an eyesore! For several years this lot was an abandoned nasty building. then it was torn down and now it is nasty open space. it is constantly ridden with garbage and never taken care of. Please come by and keep this clean. It really brings down the block.
