    I'm writing this as President of our Homeowners Association. The roots of this tree are causing our sidewalk & parking pads to heave up. We are trying to get new parking pads. Problem is that the tree roots are causing great damage to the parking pad. We request that either the tree be cut down or the County give written permission to the parking pad contractor to cut off the problem roots. Without getting rid of the roots, the contractor cannot repair the parking pad.
