    his chicken is coming in my yard now. I did not approve this.. i do not want chicken poop in my yard. I dont' know how it got in my yard so i hope he hasn't put a hole in my fence with all his trash he collects.

    This is a rental that has been nothing but trash and eyesore. It has rats and now he has a water trough filled with nasty water and mosquitos!! I have Covid19 I don't need a diseased Mosquito flying around my yard biting me and my grandkids! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! This subdivision has been getting cleaned up and now with his junk he is bringing down property values.

    The owner was renovating this place for almost 4 years now.. the inside is done but the outside just keeps getting more and more stuff stored on it. Its become an eye sore and a place for rodents to nest. There is file cabinets, Kitchen sinks, furniture all kinds of wood ceiling fan . now some metal frames leaning on my fence. There are people living there now but nothing is being done about cleaning this up. there is now a trailer holding an old riding lawnmower and another in the middle of the yard.. There are logs from where the palm trees were cut and that's piled up along side the fence so when it dries is a good place for termites. It just keeps getting more and more junk stored on it. It's really out of hand. It's a breeding grounds for rodents.

    Wednesday 8/26.. I am thinking its the water dept. Since they dug up a meter.. and painted blue arrow on the grass with these little flags.. but.. what I am asking. is.. So the utilities departments can just leave their trash on someone's yard and expect that person to pick up their litter? This is the plastic bag that was lying on the ground next to this blue flag.

    A new double wide mobile home is being moved in across the street from me and these truckers are using the city owned part of my yard to back this up. And they are tearing that part of the yard all up. IF I am to maintain that part of the yard.. who is going to level that out so i can? Why should it be MY responsibility to maintain it with large holes/groves in the yard? I have no way of leveling that out and I shouldn't have to. And you sure can't mow it with them large groves and holes in the yard.

    The north side of our street had the garbage picked up today which is our day to have pickup but the south side, which is my side was not.

    Horse @#$% on sidewalk located on the corner of 62nd St. N and 106th Ave N. It's been there for over a week now. Signs need to be put up for these horse riders to clean up after their horses.
