    Due to the heavy rains caused by tropical storm Eta, and the lack of drainage has left us with intermittent use of our restrooms for over 2 weeks. This is insane, please add some sort of drainage besides the ground. The soil becomes saturated due to the water table being only about 4 or 5 feet below the surface during most dry days. Once any prolonged rain starts the soil gets saturated and the water table rises causing the water to stagnate and pool in our corner for days. Please implement away to pump this water somewhere else, as it impacts all of our drain fields and septic tanks

    The corner of 71 ave and 11 st in pines village has exeptionaly bad drainage. After heavy rains there is standing water for more than 4 days. It affects all the houses on west side of the corner. I live in 7060 sw 11 st, we installed a new drain field, but due to the poor drainage, the rain water collects for days and backflows into our septic tank causing us to not be able to use our restrooms for days. This needs to be fixed, or i will talk to my neighbors to organize and take action collectively. One of my neighbors had to pump his septic tank twice, due to back flow filling his tank up with water again a day after pumping it out.
