    Trash desperately needs to be emptied, a few wayward shopping carts are there, leaves in the parking lot are super slippery and there is household trash scattered out there as well. Our taxes are supposed to keep this park clean and safe.

    Can we get the sand barrels back? Perkins is a tough enough climb on a good day, but lately the plowing/sanding has been terrible and those are a great backup for the seniors who live up here on the hill.
