The Salem Housing Authority buildings need more trash receptacles - there is constant trash floating about the property. It goes into the park across the street that our kids play in.

Generally speaking, putting public trash cans up and down congress would be ideal. I know there was a plan to get this done in the district, but it fell through. If we could get this back on the docket, it would do a lot to improve the point neighborhood.
