LaDene Diamond

I have photos today (12/14 after street cleaning of debris still covering the street and along the sidewalks in the gutter. This street is never clean. Of all the streets in the area it is always the worst . Debris , litter and there appears to be no on going way to remedy. I live at 1200 Lakeshore and it is disgusting to have the street in front of your home look like a dumping place for litter . Please help .
