    Multiple +10" deep potholes in all 3 lanes of 17th Street at Brush where street meets overpass bridge, across street from 1703 Brush St. The asphalt is completely missing in areas creating very deep holes at the cement seam where the overpass begins. This is an extreme hazard for drivers and needs to be addressed & resolved post haste. I see there are multiple 311 requests associated with this and don't understand why the holes, which are a liability for the City, have not been repaired?? Please have DOT visit the site to assess a repair post haste. I've been meaning to report this for months, after I carefully drive around the holes each morning, but was hoping they'd be repaired. ..Thanks!

    Illegal dumping on public dock and illegally moored vessel at Jack London Aquatic Center. A wind storm will distribute this trash into the estuary which is a risk of wholesale waterway pollution-not to mention human waste being dumped in the estuary. -Trash and debris of unknown content on the public dock. This an accident waiting to happen. This is NOT an encampment as that is a water vessel/home and can be moved by motor, sail, and paddle. Please clean up the dock, warn/cite the vessel for trespassing and cut it loose.

    On 45th Street between MLK and Telegraph the lights under the overpass are out. This is dangerous! Riding a bike under the dark overpass is dangerous! Walking down that street in pitch black is dangerous! Please fix the lighting ASAP. This is a safety issue that need resolution immediately. It’s bad enough I can’t walk down the street there without stepping over garbage, but now we can’t even see the garbage we’re stepping in.
