    Cadillac Escalade CA License Plate #5CNP698. Been camped out here for a week. Lots of bicycles - hope they aren't stolen. Shopping carts piling up next to USPS Office adjacent to the Escalade. They might be enjoying the spot with the Million Dollar SF Bay View - but need to move on.

    Can the City please enforce the NO PARKING zone here on Island Drive in front of Starbucks. As you can see, this morning it was a long line of vehicles parked in the no parking area. When I exited the Starbucks driveway on Island Drive - my line of vision was completely blocked by the silver mini-van as well as all the other cars. I had to "inch" out to ensure no vehicles were coming. Very dangerous. Please add more signage, enforce the no parking zone and paint the curb red. Plus they were blocking the AC transit sign. Thank you.

    Weeds are out of control running the length of Robert Davey, Jr. Drive from Island Drive to Channing. Unsightly. Please maintain & mow. Community of HBI Landscape division used to Contract with the City to maintain the median streets. They did a much better job. As taxpayers, we deserve better service out here on Bay Farm/Harbor Bay and so does Robert Davey, Jr. whose anniversary of his passing was just honored - thank you.

    This is absolutely disgusting & ridiculous. This "unhoused" person has taken up the whole section, blocking access to pedestrians and now his crap, garbage and environmental toxins are now blocking the SW bound lane of High St. PLEASE REMOVE THIS MESS. Looks like a Cesspool. Multiple requests have been filed - this is also an ADA issue because disabled people can't get buy this crap.

    Underpass of High Street at 880. Really Oakland? Do better for the law abiding, tax paying citizens. This person continues to block the sidewalk, impeding traffic lane with all his crap lined up from Coliseum Way to Oakport. This person is obviously mentally ill, needs help & is posing a hazard to traffic as well as blocking the sidewalk. Blkg. the sidewalk like this is an ADA issue with a lawsuit looming at the City of Oakland. DO SOMETHING! BEEN GOING ON FOR WELL OVER 8 MONTHS! Oakland looks worse than a war torn, 3rd world country - the abyss of a cesspool. Embarassing.

    The portable digital sign on Otis advising motorists to slow down is not functioning. No digital display. Been this way for awhile. Hard to believe Public Works or Maintenance has driven by and not noticed, fixed or put in a request.

    Map has this on E. 8th but it's along the exit - Southbound 880 High St. Off Ramp going towards High & Oakport. Homeless are dumping their crap over the fence. It's now in the lane. Come on Oakland - you have multiple requests to clean this up - do better - do something about the homeless. This is now a traffic hazard.

    Lovely, just lovely Oakland! This is on High Street under the underpass of 880 - growing daily. Filled with garbage, toxins and whoever is living in this cesspool needs help. Beyond me why any human would live like this - there is help available. This is a FIRE HAZARD! PLUS GARBAGE, TRASH IS CONTINUALLY IMPEDING TRAFFIC ON HIGH STREET WEST BOUND.

This is right around the corner from the Lighthouse Charter School as well as taking up valuable parking space for the businesses & TriMacs Landscaping workers. Garbage is accumulating as well as questionable activities. Drove by once and a teenage boy was using a slingshot to hit the roll up doors of TriMacs, plus a young lady living there. This street was cleaned up 2 yrs. ago and want to keep the area safe unlike Leet Drive.

    Why can't the City clean this street up? The environmental toxins, stolen vehicles, garbage, human waste, illegal activity is off the charts. It's dangerous to even drive down this street let alone stop at the Shell gas station. All the unhoused should be moved to a designated City run area whereby they have resources, job training, porta potties and dumpsters as well as "rules" to follow.
