    Each white pole represents a washout hole caused by underground rainwater drainage pipe. Pole in photo foreground opened two years ago at end of hurricane season and was reported but never acted upon. Discovered second hole today when foot went through and almost twisted ankle. Third pole is also now a depression in same spot that city fixed in 2016. Please advise and correct before the holes worsen or pedestrian is injured.

    After Tropical Storm Eta a hole has developed in right of way in front of my property over the buried storm water pipe that connects to street drain at corner of property 42nd Ave N. And 8th St. N ). A similar issue developed and was fixed by city five years ago after tropical storm Colin. I have placed two white markers in the hole as a safety measure for anyone walking in area. Ground is very soft around the area and could prove hazardous to food traffic.
