There’s no beach left why is the raking occoring when there’s no seaweed and any beach? The Beach Raker is digging up sea-grape and sea oats which is a protected part of the dune and destroying it. This vegetation is not only protected under state law it is essential for protecting the beach from erosion. Please discontinue the beach breaking under these conditions

There are fresh sea turtle hatchlings tracks in the sand and the route to the ocean is obstructed by giant tire ruts in the sand by private raking of the beach. There are giant tire marks at the entrance for the beach. Why Is the beach being treated like private property?

The Four Seasons pays to have The area in front of its resort raked every day. The person operating the vehicle on the beach is pushing the sand too close to the sea turtle nest. The sand is right up against this nest. The Vehicle is being driven too close to the sea turtle nests in general.

Lighting not compliant. Not sea turtle safe. Bright light will disturb nesting see turtle mothers and cause disorientation of hatchlings. Disorientation is when newly hatched baby sea turtles crawl towards the land instead of into the sea.
