There is a tree that died from a lack of irrigation on Tukwila School District property. It has now broken off and is leaning on utility lines and angled towards the sidewalk and street. It is dangerous and should be removed as soon as possible to prevent an injury and to prevent the utility lines from becoming broken.

In August 2021, there were contractors installing fiber optic able under the road surface of the residential section of East Marginal Way South. They dug an access ditch across the asphalt. When they covered the ditch, they did not compact the backfill. This has led to what is in essence a reverse speed bump. I do not mind that the rough surface might deter speeders who routinely travel 2x the 25 mph speed limit, however...this ditch that is now an asphalt covered ditch causes extremely loud crash when trucks pass over it. Empty trailers at all times of the day and night are the worst.
A few months after the initial problem was created by the faulty roadwork, I contacted another work crew working about 50 feet away from the asphalt covered ditch--they said that "they had nothing to do with it". Since then it has been painted...painting the ditch does not fix it. This contractor created problem has been there now for 6 months. What is the anticipated date that it will be fixed?
