    Just noticed today. It is in the middle of the street. Just watched a sedan and SUV roll directly over the hole so i guess it's fine for now, but would hate for it to open up more.

    There is a grey Dodge Durango parked on the street and its alarm randomly goes off at all times. It's one of those horrible ones from the 2000s where it would go through a range of different alarm sounds. Is there anything that can be done legally?
