    Bed frame and broken table on sw corner of KFC lot, all kind of tables and cart and cardboard and food waste garbage on nw corner of lot. The dumpster lid is open and the dumpster is outside the little enclosure restaurants are required to have and use. The enclosure is filled with cardboard and empty plastic oil jugs, so can't be used for the dumpster, or the recycling cans, which are being left on the sidewalk.

    In the back of Kentucky Fried Chicken, they have overfill garbage dumpster with no lid on it. This attracts rats, which are a big problem in this neighborhood now. If they close up their garbage, the rats will have less to eat.
