    Curb at Clement and Balsa needs to be painted red to enforce vehicle code 22514 (parking near fire hydrant) and also improve sight lines for vehicles turning onto Clement.

    This intersection really needs to be a 3 way stop following the opening of Clement behind the Del Monte. I've seen many cars speed through here without concern that many pedestrians with dogs and children cross to use the playground and parklet. There is no stop between Entrance and Ohlone so cars speed up, and there is a crosswalk here. As an added note, the road markings were worn away from the Del Monte project's construction trucks and need to be repainted (this might be applicable to other parts of the neighborhood as well).

    Del Monte warehouse fence has been cut open and left like this for multiple days. Please contact Tim Lewis Communities. This happens every few months, this area needs more security patroling at night.

    so I previously posted this a couple months ago you you guys archived it without actually fixing the issue. The fence here is cut and people have started bringing in trash and dumping it behind the fence on this land that juts out at encinal basin. This is the outskirts of a nice development and more people are coming through here to get to the new Jean Sweeney Park (bikes and cars). Please fix the fence this time!

    Homeless encampment dumping is getting out of control and is about to flow into the on ramp for the highway. It has been like this for months now. FIX IT before it becomes a safety issue and blocks traffic. During one trip past this there was a guy half naked (or fully naked not sure he had a blanket) sitting on a mattress right next to the road for all to see. This is the 880 on ramp behind the Chinese garden.
