The yellow plastic turn lane barrier is damages. There are reflective posts missing from the center and drivers use this to pass through when the turn lane is blocked. This is a traffic safety issue.

Northbound Keene Rd. @ Keene Park Dr., outside lane. There is a depression in the road. It has been reported multiple times but it is not resolved. This is a safety hazard.

Eastbound Park Blvd, outside lane. Directly in front of Seminole Elementary, on the West side of the crosswalk. There is a manhole that protrudes several inches above the road. This is very dangerous for motorcyclists and low vehicles. This could be resolved with an asphalt transition.

Deep gutter on 23rd Ave @ 1st. St. This gutter presents a hazard for vehicles - it is too deep for vehicles to cross without bottoming out, even at very slow speeds.
