    The water is again flowing into the storm drain! This time just over 13 hours. I hope this isn’t being charged to the apartment complex at that corner - will be an awfully painful water bill! 😱

    This pipe has been dumping water into the storm drain now going on at least 48 hours straight. I called Pinellas County utilities this morning; 4 hours later a ‘crew’ came out to flush the fire hydrant right across from this, but never bothered to check this. I hated putting this as a ‘leak’ considering the volume of water, but didn’t know where else to put it.
