    A hole has opened up adjacent to the fire hydrant in front of 1100 32nd Ave N (corner of 32nd Ave N and 11th St N). It is about 1 foot wide and 2 feet deep.

    Palm tree on 11th St N side of house is leaning into street. Another palm on 32nd Ave side of house is dead and poses a risk in future storms. Tree company advised both are on easement which is City property, so would not remove.
