    Do they have a permit for digging up and closing the street? Neighbors were given no notice and we have no idea when the road will be reopened. They almost managed to drop my truck in the hole they dug.

    I spoke to the man pictured in the attached image on the corner of beach drive and 2nd ave N in downtown st. pete today. I tried to get more information about the VETSS organization since I had never heard of it and he wouldn't provide any details and became short with me in his responses. I searched the veterans effort to stop suicides foundation online and found no results. I also searched the irs database of charities and found no information about VETSS. The gentleman is at this location often. If his charity is a fake, people should know about it.
