This needs to be fixed! There are several cracked pieces of concrete from the sidewalk falling apart on Santa Clara Avenue at Morton near the 1314 -1316 addresses. It is very tricky to see as the area is under a tree and the leaves make a nice shade that changes the levels of light in that section of the sidewalk.

I have seen two people fall there from the chunks of concrete sticking up. One woman got so scared after falling that I had help her get up. She called her daughter come to get her as she was so sore from the fall.

This cannot be happening! I put blue take framing the broken sections so people at least notice that something is going on on the sidewalk. Lots of people use this sidewalk. It is on a busy road. I am concerned somebody might get really hurt as it is getting darker outside earlier in the evening (quite a few runners and people relaxing after work go by in the eve).
