This vacant property has a strong light causing a nuisance all night long. I've spoken to the owner, who lives next door, to please angle the light down. Currently the light is about 6-8 feet high pointing straight out all night, although my house is nearly 600 feet away and elevated the light is an issue. Please advise how I can resolve this problem.
