    Lots of sand has appeared in the bike lane and on curb cut areas on three corners of this intersection. There are also several spots north of there, at least up to Marshall, that also should be swept, but this is the worst section. This is dangerous for cyclists and, I would assume, very difficult for wheelchairs.

    This isn't actually water leaking on roadway, but this area has an almost constant puddle or icy area. Even in the summer, after a rain, we can count on there being a large puddle there that sticks around for quite awhile. I don't know what can be done about it but hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can figure something out.
