Ivy and grass growing on the fence on Great Star above MD32 are blocking visibility to see oncoming traffic when exiting 32 onto Great Star. The ivy must be removed from the overpass fencing and grass cut to at least guardrail height.

Tree is overhanging and blocking the pathway.
