The owners of 1148 Regent Street Street have dumped an old headboard and footboard in front of the property at 115 Regent Street.

Someone left an old wheel cart frame in the curb & gutter at the corner of Calhoun Street and Regent Street, in front of 1100 Regent Street.

The resident at 2510 San Jose Avenue left an old computer cabinet at the curb for the City to discard.

The owner of 1178 Regent Street left an old mattress at the curb and wants the City to dispose of it because they see no reason to obey laws. The City, by picking it up and not addressing the issue of people dumping garbage at the curb is telling these people and those who behave in similar fashion that it is ok for them to leave their junk at the curb. Soon Alameda will look just like Oakland. Good job Civic "Leaders".

The owner of 1142 Regent Street dumped concrete on his drive entrance. It was not done to any standard, and was done without permits. It is in the curb & gutter, disrupting the flow of stormwater. They put plastic grating in it, approximately 3" wide, along the length. The plastic grating is not to any standard and is deteriorating rapidly.

This looks like crap. If I wanted to have Oakland standards, I'd live in Oakland and pay less taxes. I don't live in Oakland, I live in Alameda. For a reason.

This is the second time I've reported this. Not sure what happened the first time, seems people in Public Works have short memories.

Can we get this fixed? It's a blight and needs to be rectified. At least make the owner redo their curb cut to code.

The owner of 1252 Regent Street left three old Christmas tree stands at the curb and would like the City to dispose of them for him.

The owner of 1228 Regent Street left an old cabinet at the curb and would like the City to pick it up and dispose of it for them.

The slobs who own the apartment building at 1148 Regent Street, and live in the front apartment left some old stereo equipment and an old computer printer at the curb for the City to pick up for them. The printer is across their driveway, they do this for some reason, so make sure ACI picks up all of the trash for these degenerates.

The owner of the rental property at 1167 Regent Street left an old futon at the curb for the City to pick up.

The residents at 1228 Regent Street left a pile of trash at their curbside for the City to pick up. It's kitchen trash; food, paper, etc. It's not confined in a bag, it's just thrown at the curb. I get why they think the City will pick it up, every time they dump trash at the curb, the City comes along and cleans up after them. They're slobs and degenerates, but if nobody wants to stop them, they're going to continue.

I've reported this three times so far, and the frame remains leaning against a small tree at the curb!
