Cross walk signal does not engage from the West (sundial) side of the street.

Vegetation locking the sidewalks, both on 2nd Street N and 11th Avenue N

The sidewalk at 316 11th Avenue North is completely overgrown. This is one of the worst in the area. In addition to the sidewalk, they have bushes that are overgrow onto parts of the sidewalk.

The sidewalk at 937 3rd Street North is horrible. This is one of the worst in the area. The home in on the SW corner of 3rd Street and 10th Avenue N, in addition to the sidewalk, they have bushes that are overgrow blocking the sidewalk.

I use the Park Mobile App for parking in downtown St Petersburg. For the last several days it is not working. I confirmed others are having the same issue. Although it says there is a payment, the payment source is not the issue. Tried on multiple devices, multiple accounts same results. Emailed Park Mobile last week and didn't get a response.

Abandoned shopping cart by Freedom Bank. This shopping cart has been setting on the south side of Freedom Bank for a couple weeks. It has a pillow and blanket in it, but I have not noticed anyone sleeping in it.

I would like to submit a request for a Pedestrian Crossing from the listed address to 11th Avenue. I regularly see individuals crossing the road here because of the bus stop on the east side of the road in front of the former China Inn. The only safe crossing at this time are at 9th Avenue, or at the Three Birds crossing to the north. There are multiple businesses, and additional new businesses in the area that should justify a new crossing. A pedestrian crossing would also serve to help calm the traffic in the area and slow speeders. Thank you for the consideration!

So just behind the city pool, there is an area that constantly has a sewage smell. It's just as the sidewalk corners and it does seem to be an area that garbage builds up. Whenever I walk along the bay, this area has a horrable smells of raw sewage. Certainly something can be done to improve the cleanliness and smell of the area.

Between the St Pete Mesuem of History and the Restrooms on 2nd there is garbage and junk in the water. As you walk pass it smells like s**t, like walking through a septic field. Crap is floating in the water. Certainly something can be done about this.

Someone's fence has been damaged and pieces are sticking into the alley. This is the alley just behind Freedom Bank.

Water Leak (slow). I have lived in this area for almost a year. Everytime I pass this corner there is standing water, even when we haven't had rain for a long time. All the other roads are dry, and this one still has standing water. There has to be some sort of ground water leak, it does not have any smell so I am pretty sure its not a sewage issue.
