    I spotted a Giant Hogweed off the public stair/path between the dead end of Elbert and Trestle Glen. It's a very noxious (as in sap causes severe burns) weed that is not native to CA and not listed online as a known invasive species in CA. Please instruct the crew to be careful removing it! If you go down the steps from the end of Elbert and look to your left, you can't miss it. It would be a shame to let this take over this area.

    Once again, illegal dumping on the East side of Wesley 600 block, above the vacant lot. Trash and clothes. And for the third time, I'm reporting plant debris that blocks the sidewalk. You guys keep telling me it is resolved, but it is not.

    The vacant lot at MacArthur and Wesley was mowed several weeks ago. At the same time, piles of ivy and plant debris were dumped on the sidewalk up hill (toward Hillgirt) of the East side of Wesley. These piles of plant cuttings have not been removed, and people have beaten a path around them off the sidewalk.
