Demolition is being done, gutting and removal of Debris in apartment building, also has dump trucks picking the construction debris all times a day multiple trucks, might not have permits as well

Resident who lives in the area has a problem with finding parking and wishes that, residents do not have to get ticketed every single day when they cannot find parking on their block because they want parking or traffic to implement Zone parking or 2 hour parking for non zoned residents so that parking can be available for the people who live there.

Resident is complaining that the island grass along Mallory Ave has been cut too low were its brown and it was 18inches and now 2inches, resident is saying the grass maybe a fire hazard.

Resident is concerned that there is a pipe in the street that belongs to him but he does not know, but the pipe is leaking and he does not want to end up with the bill if it is not his, because they will be digging the street on Friday and he would like someone to inspect before hand.

Sweeper does not go down Duncan Court, people move there cars but the sweeper does not do down the block for the past month, resident will be taking videos for evidence.
