    Weeks ago I ordered a load of double ground mulch. I never heard back. I started calling the number (893-7942) and could never get an answer. Finally last week I got an answer, and they told me the mulch would be delivered last Friday. It was never delivered. Now I can't get an answer again. Please deliver my mulch.     89th Avenue N And Bay Street Saint Petersburg, Florida - Riviera Bay Civic Association
    At the junction of 89th Avenue N and Bay Street, on the south side of 89th Avenue, the cement "spacers" joining the two streets are cracked. This makes for a tremendous "jolt" when driving over it, because it has sunk so far into the ground. Please repair with new ones.

    The intersection of Bay Street an 89th Avenue N (south side of that intersection, between 89th N and Bay Street going south) has an incredibly large "dip". This is especially true on the west side of that southside intersection. The piece of concrete making the connection between Bay going south and 89th Ave N has to be either re-set, or else replaced with something that doesn't have such a large dip.
