    I have put in requests to clean this area on the Bond side and it has just gotten worse! No one seems to care that this is right next to a school and a major health hazard for the children. They are sidewalk-length piles of trash on both sides of the street. Please don’t just acknowledge these requests but actually do the cleaning!

    Regardless of the encampment there is a tremendous amount of trash in school side of Bond that needs to be cleaned up. I don’t think the city is going to do anything about the encampment immediately but at least the area can be kept clean and free of trash at least in the school side. Also there is lots of graffiti to remove.

    An encampment right behind Oakland Charter Academy is just getting bigger. There was one person with a tent. Now someone moved from 2 blocks over who has brought a tremendous amount of trash over as well. This morning, I saw numerous pallets like someone is going to set up even more tents. The person, who moved over, used to threaten the people in that neighborhood so has known mental health issues. in general, there should not be an encampment close to a school. Several students walk to school in the neighborhood and cannot even walk on those sidewalks due to the amount of trash and debris that has accumulated. Please do something to support the individuals here-possible relocate to an area not close to a school or residential area. Also a fence should go up to discourage not only encampments but the continuous amount of illegal dumping that takes place in that area.

    There are 3 tents set up on the Bond side of Oakland Charter Academy. This is a neighborhood school and most kids walk to school. One side is a disgusting 20 foot long pile of trash and debris. The children start school Wednesday and should not have to walk around an encampment to get to class. Please remove-relocate the tents and remove all the garbage and debris.

    There is a trash can close to corner of 109th and Bancroft. I think because the lot is empty, people tend to dump all kinds of stuff there. It has gotten much worse recently though. So I don't know if a camera or some other preventative measure can be put in place. It is really disgusting and once someone starts to dump, others see this as a hot spot for dumping.

    There was one tent and now one more person with 2 carts full of stuff. Should be safely relocated somewhere not close to a school and monitored so doesn’t come back. Also attracts lots of garbage and dumping.

    Tons of wall high graffiti on both sides of street that I have reported before and never been removed. This is across the street from a middle school. The kids deserve better. Please remove the graffiti. Thank you.

    EBMUD completed a project and dumped their tape and signs on this corner and never cleaned it up. They need to come and clean it up. Also there are materials dumped at the trash can.

    There are now 2 abandoned vans which may or may not have people living in them. This is on the Bond side. Also the encampment is still there. This should not occur right across from a school. In other areas, it would not be acceptable for safety of the kids and so many other reasons. Many of the children walk to school alone and these are unsafe conditions. There are encampment communities they can relocate to but right across from the school is not an acceptable location. Please relocate these immediately. Thank you.

    Large wall sized graffiti has been on Bond Street side of school for months now. I put in a request but no one painted over it. So more graffiti showed up. Would be great to work with local community to put up murals instead so the city doesn't have to keep paying for removal.

    A van with no windows has been parked on Bond side for weeks without moving. Not sure if someone living in it or if abandoned. Since this right next to a school, van should be moved or relocated.

    I have reported this before but nothing has happened. There are mattresses, appliances, bags of trash, shopping carts and more behind the school on the Bond side not to mention tons of graffiti. There is an encampment here, as well as, an abandoned van. Unfortunately, when trash is allowed to accumulate, people think it's OK to dump more or even abandon vehicles. I see children and their parents walk in the street on the way to school because there is nowhere else to walk. Please clean up this area and institute some way to keep trash away. Thank you!

    There has been a mattress and couch in front of this empty lot for over a month. The couch is partially blocking the street. In general people dump here a lot since it's an empty lot and a bus stop with trash can. Thanks for cleaning this up.

    A city planted and city owned tree fell on our car last night. Who do we contact about paying for property damage? The city had been contacted in the prior year to come look at and assess the tree and nothing was done. We were just told to prune the tree with our own funds even though it is a city tree.
