There is a horrible smell coming from the backyard of this property. The smell seems like something is rotting or dead and has been continuous for about 4 weeks now. The mosquitos are horrible even after we just had the cold snap.

This house has had multiple squatters in it, there is garbage all over the yard, the smell is becoming unbearable, the mosquitos are terrible and recently the house has caught fire. Now the house has broken out windows, broken front door from the fire department having to gain access to the house. The back yard pool and spa is almost black, full of furniture and other debris and you can see the fish and mosquitos. This house is very much a danger zone for something terrible to happen.

There is multiple violations going on at this house. The fence has now fallen almost all the way down. The pool is black and smells. Also the pool is totally accessible from the road. There is trash exposed from the fence falling down. This is not only a terrible eyesore, it is a dangerous situation for young children getting into the pool and drowning.

This house has been reported multiple times. The fence is down exposing the black swimming pool in the back yard. Access to this pool is on a public sidewalk which any young child could have access to the back yard. It not only is a mosquito breeding ground but being black in color if a child was to fall in, it would be difficult to find. There are numerous children under the age of five that live in the surrounding homes.

This property has been previously reported, and now that Hurricane Irma has passed the fences are knocked down, the grass is high again, the pool is still black and stagnant, household debris in sight. there are several little children in this area and this house is not only a terrible eyesore, but very dangerous.

I believe that the homeowner has vacated the property. The grass is growing over the sidewalks and the yard is well over a foot tall. The gate the goes back to the pool is cracked open and you can see the black pool in the backyard. the other areas of the fence are falling down. Very dangerous situation due to children in the area.
