    I called this in and it has not been addressed. Large trucks drive over the storm drain cover and it moves out of place. Someone could seriously get injured. This happens often and I’ve called it in several times. Something more permanent needs to be done before someone falls in when it’s dark.

    There are yellow jacket nests. Several dogs were stung. One had to be taken to the vet.
    The location is across the bridge on the right side.
    It’s across the trail from the new water spigot.

    The rinse station at the vinoy dog park has been inoperable for the last 3 days. Combined with the drainage problem at the water station and resulting mud holes, an operable rinse station is critical. Please correct both for health and safety of our dogs and dog owners.

    Early July I reported an electrical cover that was not secured at Kenwood dog park. The dogs are able to get under the cover and there are electrical wires. There was a cone put on the cover temporarily and then the request was closed.
    However, the cover is still not secured and the dogs can still knock it off and get to the electrical wires! It should not have been closed until the cover was properly secured! Please secure this cover at Kenwood Dog park.

    There are yellow jackets in the dog park. About 15 ft in the gate towards the left. As we walked in the nest was stirred up and dogs and people were stung. One dog stung at least 3 times and started swelling and had to go to the vet. Not sure what caa as theory this is

    This cover is not secured. The dogs can overturn it and their are wires under it. Not sure what they are for. Perhaps the lamppost would like someone to secure the cover at kenwood dog post. Thanks.

    The cement cover to the storm water drain cover is off. This has happened before when cars accidentally drive over it.

    There are loose/hanging wires in the alley behind this address. The old utility pole was cutdown, as shown in the picture. the wires and cable box that were attached were not addressed at that time. This can be dangerous as well as unsightly.
