It seems that the stop sign was run over and then laid back on the ground it's a four-way stop and that one direction is not going to know there's a sign there if they're new to the area

It's a metal box without a cover filled with debris and it could be a tripping hazard.

Seems to be either a water turn off or a gas turn off I'm not sure but it's stuck it doesn't move
