They have created walking obstacles and potentially unsafe condition.

Additionally, there are no current non parking signage for vehicles related to the development.

There’s more damage debris and filth on my property at 94 Tours Ave. from the development and building of 100 Tours Ave.
The city continues to allow this to continue.

The contractor cut into my sidewalk without permission. They were gaping holes and trip hazards. They did work on the Federal holiday.

Were continued after 6 PM, and others appeared after 7 PM to cover up the damage with plywood. JCP was called but arrive too late on scene.

Yesterday the GC's developer claimed that they would power spray the front of my house due to the issues they caused before the city permitted them to use the hoist. They are using the hoist however, the house has not been properly cleaned obviously the word of this developer and their GC cannot be followed. I’ve called the city and left messages additionally, the inspector who stopped by yesterday gave me his cell phone number however, his mailbox is full. When will the city get this right and have and hold this developer to the same standards as everyone else?

The work is continuing at 96/100 Tuers Avenue although we were told they were no permits and NONE are posted

It appears there’s work being done in the building and the traffic issues continue. We were told yesterday that all the permits were expired.
Have new issues been issued? There are no new/valid posted permits
It would be nice to see a developer to pay their fair share since the taxpayers / local residents and the tax increase.
Quality of life has been a impacted for over three years.

Again, this developer has failed to protect surrounding properties when they are doing work on 100 Tuers Ave. There are issues caused from power spraying and other work without proper protection or barriers to the surrounding sites. The city needs to step in to ensure other sites are protected before more work and potential damage is done.

Again, this site operates without proper permanent, walking down the entire street and using the street and sidewalk as a storage area. Lifts were suspending men over my property without my permission, and potential lack visual safety guards.

Vehicles or illegally parked on the east side of the street that is probably that is signed no Parking and no standing

This site continues to block the sidewalk and there is no safe pedestrian walkway that is sustained for a 24 hour period. At one time this site had parking permits however, they have expired and there are no new postings.

The city has been notified more than once. Why must the local resident's quality of life be impacted. Why isn’t this develop held accountable? Tthe residence of Jersey City has taken a tax hik but this developer does not have to have proper permits.e

It appears the no parking/no standing signs have been removed on the west side of Tuers Ave. along 353 Academy St. new building. This id causing a potential bottleneck and unsafe traffic flow Please replace the sign and enforce the no parking signs
