    All of the light synchronization in the city needs to be addressed. The lights appear to not have any synchronization and not timed at all.

    This is made evident by driving our streets. North and southbound traffic along 4th and 9th is terrible. East / west traffic along 22nd / 38th, 1st n / 1st s. Tyrone is a wreck, downtown has no timing of lights, 22nd ave and the interstate is also very bad.

    This used to be addressed and would help driving in the city. Over the past couple years, it seems to be declining, and have witnessed more aggressive driving and speeding as a result in my opinion.

    I would be happy to help, or would like to try and change this back to having our traffic lights timed a little better, it would help in so many ways.
