City installed a new Hydrant, and 3+ months later this is what it looks like.
We would appreciate them finishing whatever needs finishing.
I do not consider this a completed project.
Hydrant is not leaking, disregard flow answer , you gave me no choice.
I had to answer the question in order to submit request.

Prior branch locations ( shown ) have severe rot. This rot is weakening main trunk where it splits at base. If this tree falls it will endanger lives in the houses in its path. It is also creating sidewalk to heave significantly. This tree is located on utility right of way. As you can see power,cable and phone lines are passing through the tree.

Individual continues to park facing the wrong direction and on the wrong side of parking signage. ( too close to intersection ). Parking to close to intersections happens throughout this neighborhood.

DEAD branches, last fall a large branch fell on my neighbor's car while it was parked in front of my house causing significant damage to the hood and front fender. A branch fell last night on its own (no wind ). Landing in street next to a parked car ( see photos ). Trees need dead wood cut before more damage or injury occurs.
