The connections designed tocarry the weight of the wires leading to the houses have been severed. As you can see they’re not hooked to anything. The wire leading to the house up on South Willard Street that passes through the yard is hanging low and is entangled in two trees.

These photos show what is the usual result of your so called "Clean Sweep" operation I don't know how much the city spends on this annual farce, but I wish you'd stop Or at least take the time to train your drivers to know when the sweeper is full The usual result of Clean Sweep is dust, and lots of it when traffic runs over all the dirt you have obligingly pulled out of the gutter and spread over the travel lanes. Of course living just up the street from the Shelburne Rd Roundabout project has eliminated the idea of a clean car staying clean for more than 1 or 2 days, but when the road dries out, we can expect a significant increase in dust probably until we get an intense rain storm
In conclusion Clean Sweep is a good idea that I have yet to see implemented well .,.,,...
