Thought it was illegal for these Taxi's to street park overnight. We have a few Yellow and Private vehicles with TLC NYC Plates that take up residential parking on this block. They have no Zone stickers and take up a few much needed residential street spaces 24 /7 . Why should some of us residents have to resort to a paying parking lot when these illegal vehicles are taking all the spaces.? I reported this problem a few months ago and it got better for a short time, now it's back to this nonsense. Don't know who these people are, but when confronted they get verbally aggressive. Ticketed and or towed, they need to go.

This is Building D of HCCC on the corner of Sip and Tonnele Ave. one of their roof AC units is emitting a high pitched very loud squeal 24 hrs a day. I, along with many other residents around here haven't had a good nights sleep in weeks. As you can imagine the squeal is magnified 10X between the hours of 12am and 8am when traffic is at its slowest. I did speak to a building maintenance person in this building and they stated that all they can do is turn it off at night. Well that worked for one night, then I guess it was forgotten about. Extremely disrupting to the residents of this neighborhood. We would appreciate some kind of solution to this problem and a decent nights sleep would also be appreciated. Thank you.

The intersection of Tonnele Ave and Sip Ave is dangerous and totally out of sync. Constant traffic blocking the intersection and crossing from morning till night. Also the constant and annoying all Day horn blowing in this residential neighborhood is ridiculous and driving the many elderly residence crazy. We tolerate and understand the closeness of the Fire Department emergency vehicles, but the constant horn blowing from cars and trucks all day is crazy. Manybthat work nights and sleep days haven't had a good rest in months with this nonsense. Even just a sign of no horn blowing might are a slight difference. Pay top dollar to live here close to the Path, not to listen to non stop horn blowing all day. Back to the crossing situation, It's only a matter of time before someone gets killed trying to navigate this intersection.
