    This location constantly has trash overflowing. Blowing into the street and ultimately ending up in the street drains. The alley way between the houses is used like a private parking spot 24/7. The junk on the sidewalk keeps getting built up more and more. The black truck is apparently not operable and more than likely not registered and insured.
    Why doesn't this location have a real dumpster to handle the volume of trash it creates?
    This place has been a problem for years. If the current people in charge cannot get control. Maybe it is time to put someone in charge that is able to do the job.

    Two different people running businesses along the skyway causeway. One a horse riding business, leaving horse manure all over the place.
    The other a kite surfing company, blocking the entire area up and leaving plenty of trash behind. Is it legal to be doing business on public property?
