Parking Enforcement ArchivedCorner Of Hudson Ave And W. Lawrence St Albany New York - Pine HillsMore often than not, there is a car parked here when there is plenty of room on the street. The car obstructs vision for pedestrians crossing and one time there was even a near collision between two vehicles. I looked back when I heard a screech and saw a car coming out of Hudson with an oncoming car from W. Lawrence. This is the care that happens to be here now, but I reported another car a week or so ago by telephone when I stepped out in front of a car I did not see. Find Hills School students walk here. The car owners are disrespectful and inconsiderate, not only to the children, but to all pedestrians. Police cars drive past here frequently; I wish one time they would place a ticket on whatever car is parked there.

Vacant Buildings Archived835 Lancaster Street Albany, NY - Pine HillsThis house is in foreclosure but someone must be responsible for keeping the grass mowed. It's not only an eyesore on the street, but an attraction for vagrants and rodents and other animals.

Signs (Missing, Needed, or Damaged) ArchivedCorner Of W. Lawrence And Lancaster Streets Albany, New York - Pine HillsThere is a tree growing up and around the stop sign causing cars to keep driving on W. Lawrence Street heading toward Western Avenue. The sign is mostly hidden by the tree and if one is not familiar with the intersection, the sign is very easy to miss.
