A boat on a very dangerous looking trailer with no wheels has been dumped in front of this address.

This area is a mess. There is garbage all along Sunset Dr., graffiti on the fence opposite Devpar Ct., and homeless encampments in the creek, with the accompanying garbage left behind. Please help to make this area more attractive and safe for the many people now using Sunset Drive to get to BART as well as local businesses in the area.

At least five or six shopping carts have been strewn along Fulton Shipyard Rd. There is plenty of other garbage and graffiti in the area also. Most of the carts are near the Red Caboose Restaurant and the public boat launch. The constant blight in this area is bad for local businesses and the public's enjoyment of boating as well as creating a bad image for the city in the minds of visitors who come to the Antioch Dunes National Wildlife Refuge.

This shopping center is a mess. There is garbage everywhere and someone is living on a couch under the overhang next to the empty building on the westernmost end of the center.

At the Fulton Shipyard Launch, nearly all signs and the picnic table are covered with stickers and graffiti. BTW, the ramp improvements and the newly-painted bench look nice. Thanks for the upgrades.

The temporary crosswalk sign at this location has been sprayed with graffiti. The sign has been there too long and needs to either be removed or replaced with permanent signage. Thank you.

Wrecked car left in the middle of the court. Traffic to local businesses impacted.

The trees at this location are so covered with ivy that people cannot see out into traffic when stopped on C Street. This creates a dangerous situation for drivers turning onto or crossing 18th Street.
