    This porch roof has been sagging for years and looks to be getting worse despite the brace and support post. Has someone checked it to be sure it is safe and stable? Also, trash has been stored near front sidewalk for months now. Appears to be boxes of wet books.

    There is some sort of box-like fixture buried in the ground very close to the sidewalk that seems to be missing its cover. It appears to be about a foot or more deep and is obscured by leaves. A danger to pedestrians or dogs! This location is across the street from 104 Hackett.

    Please trim multiple dead branches from this tree which is constantly dropping branches on our property, the sidewalk, parked cars, the road and our roof. Branch scrapes against house during storms. Problem has been reported multiple times.
    Tree is on Marinello Terrace side of 70 Summit.

    Both the city water department and National Grid dug in two separate areas in front of this address months ago. Holes were filled with crushed stone and brick, blacktop debris, etc. and not even weeds will grow. Restoration with topsoil and grass seed are needed.
