This is now beyond ridiculous. This man burned his house a year ago. His hoarded house and yard were torn down and cleared out. He is still living out of his car and has started hoarding on his vacant and overgrown yard. A neighbor had a fence redone. He took the old pieces of fence and is hanging his clothes on them. His dog has lost so much weight it is skin and bones. Codes and Police have already visited with him, but there's been no follow up. He is in violation of of several laws and ordinances, but nothing has been done. Every new complaint is tagged as a duplicate. I don't understand why the City is treating him with kid gloves.
